Meet Ailis

Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a Plant-based Wellness Expert who helps busy women achieve vibrant health so they feel fit, confident and energised. She offers 1-1 coaching, online programs and retreats. She has three degrees in health and fitness and has 30 years experience supporting women create healthy lifestyles.


Aside from her first class honours degree in Exercise Science, she is also a personal trainer with a specialisation in Strength and Conditioning.


She love speaking and sharing her passion for health and wellness. Dr. Ailis is available to talks to group, organisations and companies.
