Dr. Ailis Brosnan is a Plant-based Wellness Expert who helps busy women achieve vibrant health so they feel fit, confident and energised. She offers 1-1 coaching, online programs and retreats. She has three degrees in health and fitness and nearly 30 years experience supporting women create healthy lifestyles. She has been vegan for 25 years.
